Order of reaction: sum of the exponents of the concentration of reactants in the rate law is termed as order of reaction. It can be zero or in fraction.

When the concentration of reactants is unity, the rate of reaction is called rate constant.

The time taken for a reaction when half of the starting material has reacted is called half-life of reaction, for first order t1/2 = 0.693/K where K is rate constant.

ArrhenArrhenius equation of reaction rate: It gives relation between rate of reaction and temperature K=Ae-E/RT ,K= rate constant , A= frequency factor ,E= energy of activation,R= gas constant, T= temperature in Kelvin ius equation of reaction rate: It gives relation between rate of reaction and temperature K=Ae-E/RT
