What will be the partial pressures of he and O2 respectively if 200 ml of he at 0.66 atm pressure and 400 ml of O2 at 0.52 atm pressure are mixed in 400 ml vessel at 20 degree c ?

1v1=p2v2 : V2= 400 for each gas. P1 for he will be 0.66 so by applying the formula we get P2= 0.33 as volume is doubled. => p1v1=p2v2 0.66*200 = P2 * 400 P1 for O2 will be 0.0.52 so by applying the formula we get P2= 0.52 as volume is same. => p1v1=p2v2 0.52*400 = P2‚Äč * 400
