Atomic oxygen has at.wt 16g ie 1 mole or NA(avagadro no) number of atoms. Therefore 1g has NA/16 atoms. Similarly 1g oxygen gas(at.wt 32) has NA/32 atoms and 1g ozone(at.wt 48)has NA/48 atoms. So from the fractions above 1g atomic oxygen will have more number of atoms.

i think all will have same because: 1 mole atomic oxygen will have NA/16 atoms, as Govind already said. However, 1 mole of oxygen gas will have NA/32 MOLECULES of the gas. since each molecule has 2 atoms of oxygen, there will be 2*NA/32 atoms, which is NA/16. similarly in ozone, it is 3*NA/48 which turns out to be the same.
