Why are all the P-F bonds in PF5 molecules not of the same length ?

In PF5 phosporus is sp3d hybridised ,this leads ot trigonal bipyramidal struture.
Alll P-F bonds in PF5 are not of same length because they are not in the same plane.
Three P-F bonds are in one plane and other two are in vertical plane.
