Shanky,

I am not sure what are you looking for over here? Just definitions or a deeper understanding?

BTW, the definitions can be found below:

Collision frequency is defined in chemical kinetics, in the background of theoretical kinetics, as the average number of collisions between reacting molecules per unit of time. Its symbol is Z.

Collision factor - I am not sure if any term like that exists, can you elaborate further on this?
