Ashish Offline | Posted on : 11:54:16 AM on September 20, 2010 Light reflects off everything. Basically, a photon hits an atom or molecule of the other substance and it bounces off it. That's how come we can see things. For reflection main components are : 1) Incident ray 2) Reflected ray 3) Angle of incidence = Angle of reflection 4) Surface of reflection. The only thing is that if the surface is smooth like glass then it will reflect more photons(light) then compared to a metal. May be this will help you :) |
