 Keshav Offline | Posted on : 07:00:24 PM on August 19, 2011 its because of Nitrogen's small size, higher electronegativity , Its able to make multiple bonds with carbon, oxygen n itself . but Phosphorous , on other hand, has larger size , stopping it to make multiple bonds |
