When a vehicle takes a fast turn on roads where there is not much friction which  protects the vehicle from dragging  outside by providing required centipetal force, in that condition we give some angle to the roads to provide the necessary centripetal force, eg in racing tracks, the roads are tilted at the positions of taking turns also this is quite popular in highways
